when it comes to books and helping me with my horrible problem of forever wanting to die the book that helped me the most was a book by the bassist of Motley Crue, Nikk Sixx. The two books are simply called “The Heroin Diaries” and “This is gonna hurt” I know you may ask why they helped. They helped because you’re just sitting there reading about how this one person went through so much shit and it makes you think about everything you’ve been through. Just reading Nikkis books was amazing and he’s such a talented writer and he really saved my life.
